Sun From AboveWaking to the night outside I gasp for air.  The Dream I had was no dream at all,  Because I dreamt that you were not there.

     Tsuyosa stood near the arrival station, waiting as he had been for the past day or so. He ruffled his feathers a bit, keeping them wrapped around himself like a cloak to ward off the winter winds. The bell chimed and the Arrival station doors opened. He searched the small crowd of new arrivals as they exited. Several people stopped to look at him and marvel at what they thought was his feathered cloak. Also some of them backed away once they saw the immense sword stuck firmly into the station platform next to him. The crowd dissipated, being led to their personal places by the Angelic Rhapsody

You know... I like being online... What i don't like is my friends who always talk about games liek City of Heroes and Final Fantasy XI, becuase... well... I can't play them with my comp, or my net connection.

Lemee explain why... Forst and foremost, a Pentium 1 just doesn't quite have the prcessing power to handle either of those games. Add to that the fast that i'm on dial-up still, and youve got a recipie for a few slow, patience-testing, internet experience... Thsi does nto mean i cant play other games... Like recently, i picked up Diablo 2. (I know it's been out for a while, but i've been playing Diablo this whole time)

So, thigns being as they are, I am in the market for a new computer sometime soon... as to WHEN this happens...well, that's anyone's guess...

well, i'm not trying to be judgemental, but i hate to see good artwork get deleted.
why dont you just shut eveyone up, and just post some of the stages of your work.
since i'd think people wouldn't bother too look at a picture, and then draw the same thing from scratch, if you just posted some of those, it should be solid proof.
i like your galery, and it would be very sad if you just deleted every-thing.

No, we are not saying he "stole" art. We are saying he "copied" art without giving the artist any credit... He probably can provide the stages, since that's easy enough to just take some pictures of it while he's copying the pic.

You want proof though and look at some of the stuff he says he never saw before he drew the pic? I put his and the original together and got this:

The only thing different is really the clothes, the hair color and the name. He claims he created that character and that clearly goes against the copyright laws.

Stealing and copying is different.. Copying is ok long as they give credit I think. It's part of the learning process. Hell, everybody's probably done it. But it's not right to lie about it, geez.

P.S. Sorry for the late reply but I was in Cambodia/vietnam for awhile...

Sandykinnz : Are you just commenting on his journal entry? Have you no knowledge whatsoever of his doings? If he decides to be a pussy and delete all of his stolen art- then let him do so. I don't give a crap. Because most likely he will mosey back onto a totally different DA name and steal more art. And bullshit about it as well.

Ok, how would you feel if someone copied your work entirely and stole all of your character designs and when someone faces it to him he goes:

"I never saw that picture before"

That's gotta be one of the stupidest and unbelivable excuses I EVER heard before.

And the picture is exactly the same, save the clothes and the hair color.

Do you want proof? because that I can provide for you.

Even though it's not any of my art crap that he copied, I just think it's wrong for people to be fooled by this person and the original artist not getting any credit.
